Refund Policy

The short version: Try GolfFund free for 45 days. If you pay and decide within the first year that it's not for you, ask for a refund and we'll refund the full subscription fee — no hoops.
1. The 45-day free trial
Every new organization gets 45 days of full access at no charge. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will be reminded by email before the trial ends.
2. Year-one money-back guarantee
When you convert to a paid subscription ($299 per year), the first year is backed by a money-back guarantee:
- If at any point during your first paid year you decide GolfFund isn't the right fit, email support@golffund.app and ask for a refund.
- We will refund the full subscription fee you paid for that year — no questions, no fine print.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
3. Renewal years
After the first year, subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal years are not covered by the money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time and your account will remain active until the end of the period you paid for.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@golffund.app from the email address on your account. Include your organization name. You don't need to explain why — though we'd appreciate honest feedback so we can improve.
5. After a refund
After a refund is issued, your account reverts to a closed state. We retain your data for a brief export window, then delete it. You may sign back up at any time.
6. Abuse
The guarantee is meant to protect organizations evaluating GolfFund in good faith. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of obvious abuse (e.g., repeatedly signing up new organizations to extend trials, or systematically exporting data and then requesting refunds). We have never had to do this and don't expect to.
