1. The service

GolfFund is a software-as-a-service platform that helps non-profit organizations run charity golf tournaments — sponsor management, golfer registration, donor receipts, and finances. GolfFund is operated by GolfFund LLC (“we,” “us”).

2. Accounts and your organization

You may create one account per organization. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization to these terms.

3. Pricing, trial, and billing

• New organizations receive 45 days of full access at no charge.
• After the trial, the subscription is $299 per year, billed annually.
• During your first paid year, we offer a full refund of your subscription fee if you ask for one in writing — see the Refund Policy.
• We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use GolfFund to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or anything you don't have permission to send.
• Upload malware, scrape the platform, or attempt to break security controls.
• Use GolfFund for anything other than running a legitimate non-profit fundraising event — this is not a general-purpose CRM or marketing tool.
• Resell or sublicense the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into GolfFund — sponsors, golfers, families, transactions. We use it only to operate the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for details. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Email sent through GolfFund

GolfFund lets you send messages to your sponsors, families, and donors. You are responsible for the content of those messages, for having the right contact information, and for honoring unsubscribe requests. You may not use GolfFund to send promotional email to people who have not opted in.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We're a small team and issues will occasionally happen, especially on event days. We will work to resolve outages quickly and communicate honestly when they occur.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolfFund LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GolfFund LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service, content you upload, or messages you send through the platform.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow export, then delete it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
