Common questions
What does the commission cover?
15% of every paying organization's annual subscription that signed up through your referral. Pro is $299/yr; if we introduce additional paid tiers later, the same percentage applies. No cap, no expiry, no claw-backs.
How long does the commission last?
For as long as the organization remains an active paying customer. If they cancel or downgrade, the commission stops. No claw-backs, no expiry.
What about the 45-day trial?
Every referred org gets 45 days free up front. Commission accrues when they convert to the paid Pro plan ($299/year), starting from the day they subscribe. Year one also carries a money-back guarantee for the org, which makes the conversion easier — and your commission is recurring once they're paying.
Do I need to do any selling?
No. Most courses just give organizers our name and your course's tracking link. We handle onboarding, support, and renewals.
Can I refer multiple non-profits?
Yes. There's no cap. Some courses host 8–15 charity tournaments per year — that compounds into meaningful recurring revenue.
How do payouts work?
Annual commission report + ACH payout each January. We send detailed statements showing which orgs you referred, their subscription dates, and your earnings.
